Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a scheduled bodywork session without incurring full payment for the massage service, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required. It's important to note that appointments for massage bodywork cannot be scheduled without the client's initial request and approval. All clients will receive three automated confirmation notifications prior to their appointment. These reminders offer ample opportunity to adjust or reschedule appointments before the 24-hour deadline, thereby avoiding the full cost of the bodywork session and ensuring approval for future appointment requests. Please be aware that any requests for future appointments will be postponed until full payment for any missed appointments has been received.
